About This Team
Cammags is named for cammag, the Isle of Man's own traditional stick-and-ball game (a close cousin of Scottish shinty and Irish hurling, played on the island for centuries). Mixed Div 2 champions in both 2022–23 and 2025–26.
It's a fitting name for a hockey team: cammag is still played every Boxing Day in St John's, keeping a very old Manx sporting tradition alive long before this club's mixed section existed.
